Saw an easy peanut butter recipe the other day and decided to make my own spin on it. These are perfect if maybe you are craving something sweet. These fit the bill, are healthy, and filling! Perfection.
Protein chocolate peanut butter cookies:
Ingredients: 1 cup all natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1 cup stevia
2 large eggs
2 scoop chocolate protein. (I used 22 days chocolate plant protein)
Just mix all together! Bake at 350 for ten minutes and voila! Done.
Macros: for 8 servings
Also, you can, of course, use different proteins and add different things to make it unique but the macros will change.
Hidey ho neighbors! So I finally completed the Advocare 10 day challenge and I feel like a new woman! It helped with my energy and my cravings. Before I felt like I was hungry all the time and had cravings out of control but this helped me get my body back to the basics and only eat what I need. Cravings come from slack of nutrients but with the cleanse your body is only eating natural unprocessed food and getting all the vitamins you need. So..drumroll please..here’s the before and after.
I honestly didn’t know if I could see a difference I just felt a difference but it’s crazy what can happen In only ten days! Down three pounds and a lot less bloated. Now, I will be honest this cleanse was poorly timed because it’s finals week and also (TMI here) it was the wrong time of the month for this. However, I still got awesome results and can’t wait to see what happens the next time I do it!! Obviously this stuff is not a scam and legit works. If you need to loose weight or just reset your body to begin a healthier way of living please check out my website!
I would love to help you! And also, hope you all had a good Easter!
Hello ladies and gents!
I must say I’m pretty excited because I have been having some pretty good luck lately with school, work and the like. My first semester of
hell graduate school is almost over! Just in time for summer! And I found out I will be getting a promotion soon at work! Also, as I mentioned before I am now an Advocare distributor! This makes me super excited. I went to my first advocare meet up last week and the success stories people shared blew my mind! This product really has helped people who never thought they could be active or healthy and I’m super excited to represent this company.
As I also shared before I will be doing the herbal cleanse and sharing my results.
Got it in today and starting tomorrow!
I can’t wait to share with you guys. I know I’ll see a huge difference. Let me show you my results so far from the products.
That is hard to look at but I must show you so you know this works. Now listen here, from top left clockwise, that is day one, three, and nine of this product! Only 9 DAYS!! Insane results. Can’t wait to help others get the same results.
Moving on, as far as other good luck goes yesterday I stopped in to GNC only to get some of my trusty quest bars and came out will all kinds of free goodies!
Made my day! And for some further randomness I just want to say I love Marshall’s. They always have healthy snacks and treats. Today’s finds..
all natural ingredient ketchup and barbecue sauce. Yummmm. No high fructose corn syrup here! Well that’s it folks posts to come soon with my herbal cleanse updates.
Yeah remember when I said I was going to start posting more often? Yeah…that was laughable! I wish I had something to blame but I take the blame! I have been totally slacking in the healthy eating department and my body shows it! As frustrating as it is I know I can fix it. It isn’t a diet it’s a lifestyle so all I have to do is pick myself back up and march on!
Also, on to the good news portion! I am now an Advocare distributor! I knew I needed help getting back on the healthy train and I knew just where to turn! If you are interested in learning about the products or buying them please check out my website!!
My Advocare Website!
I will be posting progress pictures to
gross you out
Help you along the way and show you how well the products work! So stay tuned kids!
Sooo I know I said I was going to stay updated on here and stay accountable…but their has been a slight mishap! I went on a cruise to Belize, Honduras, and Cozumel and had a blast! The negative is I also happened to fall and bust my tail bone HARD!! Unfortunately this means I have not been able to work out AT ALL! It really has been rough but I know I need to take it easy on my body. I have been trying to eat extra clean and less calories knowing that I’m now not burning those calories off but a few
binges cheats have happened and I’m ok with it. I am human after all. I just know that I need to practice better self control and when I can work out again I will be ready to go! And I can’t wait because I feel like a total bum just sitting here. Never thought I would like working out so much I’d miss it!
Also, if you want to see my pics from the cruise follow me on Instagram! @sdr526
So I has now been a little over two months since I have posted on here…and I must say that is awful!!!
It is bad that I haven’t made this more of a priority and since I haven’t written in a while I have not had a reason to hold myself accountable and have therefor fell off the healthy bandwagon. Now of course, any one can make excuses. Like “it was the holidays” or “I haven’t had enough time or money”. However, none of those are acceptable excuses because if you want it you work for it! I have definitely packed on a few holiday pounds and I can see and feel the difference. Not to say you should be miserable and sit and eat salads all the time during the holidays..everyone should enjoy treats in small portions. I have just kind of done what has been convenient for me or done half ass work outs or didn’t at all when I know I could have. It is a new year though and though you should start a healthy track at any time of the year now is a good time for me to get myself together and get back in line! Hopefully posting regularly on here will help me do that.
Now for a few inspiring pics :
Ok so I feel like I’ve fallen off the face of the planet. I will try and keep this post as short and sweet as possible but I have a lot to discuss! First off, I found out I got accepted into Graduate School! I will be starting off my Masters degree in History this spring. I am so excited and I can not wait! Also, I have been working training at my new job and I start working all on my own next week. All of this is kind of nerve wracking but I am ready for change and challenges! Of course, all this has taken up a lot of time as well and as I have still struggled to eat healthy and work out as much as possible it has kind of fallen at my waist side in terms of importance and I can tell I have gained weight and I don’t feel quite up to par. I, however, am not going to give up!
This quote says it all. Sometimes you may have struggles and you may take a few steps back but you can either choose to give up or continue to strive for progress. I for one can not and will not let myself fall back into being lazy and unhealthy so I will keep trying as much as I can! I am limited to what I can do as far as cardio because I pushed myself to much to soon but I know I can strength train and build up my metabolism and eat healthy as much as I can. I need to get cravings in check and I will keep trying and I hope this inspires some of you out there!
I will end with a little Halloween picture from this past weekend!
Minnie Mouse and Bob Ross
I hope all of you have a safe and fun Halloween!
